Make QWizard support disabling and/or hiding the cancel button on the last page

It would be nice if QWizard supported disabling and/or hiding the cancel button on the last page, similar to how this is supported for the back button.

This would be great for wizards where the last page is used as a summary page that should not be cancelled.
