qtshadertools/qtools require cmake wrappers from qtimageformats (WebP/Jasper) in static builds

      qtshadertools is looking for cmake wrappers for Jasper and WebP but qtimageformat is not installing the required wrappers used by qtimageformats.

      configure log is attached (requested information is found in the logs/see comment)

      • only static builds are affected
