Description
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/337119 is causing this, but only on 6.1 and only on one platform, which seems rather odd:
17260: ********* Start testing of tst_qquickitem *********
FAIL! : tst_qquickitem::hoverEvent(visible, enabled, accept hover) Compared values are not the same
Actual (item->hoverMoveCount): 3
Expected (2) : 2

Totals: 80 passed, 1 failed, 0 skipped, 0 blacklisted, 2316ms
Build log: https://testresults.qt.io/logs/qt/qtdeclarative/5e150459da55b7ea244cd213f05572f65a061248/LinuxUbuntu_20_04x86_64LinuxQEMUarm64GCCqtci-linux-Ubuntu-20.04-x86_64-50-70a285Sccache/deaa5fc910cea904b737667e5fd60a4777a2bd36/test_1614812001/log.txt.gz
Probably will blacklist for now, but maybe it's possible for the test to tolerate 3 moves under certain conditions; or else find out what's actually happening on a VM somehow.
