What

I want to use many different devices for fixing bugs and verifying bug fixes and feature implementations, without burning out my managers budget to devices that are not used 100% 24/7 (instead end up to shelf for a long time)

Spike the possibilities to use device farm devices as a service instead of purchasing a lot of devices for different needs, like bug fixes etc.. RTA is out-of-scope we keep those devices in-house, but devices for bug fixes for different cases, like Huawei, Samsung etc.. manufacturer specific bug fixes
