Harversterserver is media file indexer monitoring c:\data and e:\ by default.
c\Data\.config\Trolltech.conf is the current location for generic settings accross the Qt applications. Any writes to this file triggers harvesterserver.exe to do directory scanning which takes up RAM and slows down the system due to file access.

Setting .config to hidden is enough and can be used as temporary solution, but we should consider moving the configuration file away from directory intended for media/user files.
