Fix tests that fail when built against a static build of Qt

    Description

      Certain tests check for assumptions that are not upheld in a static Qt build.

      This us an umbrella issue with an incomplete list of tests that were blacklisted / skipped.

      Ideally we would fix these if they are important enough.
