macOS: Find a way to affect key window activation priority

      Was: "Z order changes if one of the window is Frameless"

      If one of the top level window is Frameless then this does not follow Z Order.
      in attached exmple There are three window created in sequence w1 w2 and w3. Window w2 is having FramelessWindowHint it is shown as w1 w2 and w3. If w3 is closed w1 gets activated instead of w2.
      This used to work way back with Qt5.6
