When scaling a TableView then it will not handle the scrolling correctly as it will end up not being able to scroll to the bottom of the TableView. When a Flickable is scaled then it scrolls correctly so this is something specific to the TableView here. In the example if you scroll as much as possible, then doing a flick will indicate that it is not at the bottom as there are still cells underneath.
