    Description

      XLIFF: It is not possible for Linguist to parse a v1.0 XLIFF file as it results in a parse error in the XML handler. Attached is a test file which reproduces the problem along with a patch that should solve it.

      Update: XLIFF 1.0 is not supported so this should be fixed in the documentation.
