Wizard generated CMake based Boot2Qt application doesn't build with cmake

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6.1.0-beta2 B2Qt binary
2. Create a cmake application (widget or quick based) with the Creator's wizard
3. Build in terminal

Expected result:

The application builds

Actual result:

The application does not build and an error is shown:

-- Could NOT find EGL (missing: HAVE_EGL) (found version "1.5")
