automatically add a DISTFILES or OTHER_FILES flag for files under ANDROID_PACKAGE_SOURCE_DIR path

When setting the var ANDROID_PACKAGE_SOURCE_DIR usually users need to set DISTFILES or OTHER_FILES to add the files under the android specific folder, things like the manifest file, assets, java files, etc. It would be easier and more convenient to add such behavior automatically by default.
