TARGETDEPS, POST_TARGETDEPS, PRE_TARGETDEPS do not handle directories with spaces

    Description

      TARGETDEPS, POST_TARGETDEPS, PRE_TARGETDEPS do not handle directories with spaces, and this causes it to not build.
      qmake removes quotes, also when using $$quote()
