QtWebEngine doesn't support hardware accelerated video playback on Linux

    Description

      Playing videos in QtWebEngine uses software rendering, making the playback choppy and battery intensive on lower end devices.
      In upstream Chromium/Blink, VAAPI acceleration can be enabled easily by tweaking settings or adding a small patch; but applying the patch on top of QtWebEngine's Blink fork doesn't work (from a quick look, it seems to be incompatible with the renderer).
