Description
Business justification: Minimise the risk evaluators and new users do not get upset immediately after the first installations
Description: There are many ways, how a Qt user can install Qt incompletely. This would cause extra trouble for the new user to find out what went wrong.
We could help the user to avoid simple pitfalls by showing a warning dialog:
- If the user installs Tool(s) only, notify the user about possibly missing Qt libs
- If, for example, MSVC2015 Qt libs are installed, we could check and notify, if there is no MSVC2015 toolchain installed
Qt Essential packages description should contain a note that a compiler is needed as well.
