qtsvg cmake configs for plugins get installed into Qt6Gui instead of Qt6Svg

    Description

      So for some reason the plugin targets cmake get installed into Qt6Gui folder instead of the Qt6Svg folder. According to the Qt6SvgConfig.cmake they are expected in CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR which is the Qt6Svg folder.
      This might be an error due to qt5 having all the plugin configs in Qt5Gui
