[REG 5.9.3->5.12.10] Assistant scrolls help page to end when Maximized, depending on helpcache state

When the Help Assistant MAXIMIZE button is clicked, and the page that is shown is shown somewhere in the middle (so not at top of page) the page is scrolled downwards to the end.
(When the Help Assistant RESTORE button is clicked, and the page that is shown is shown somewhere in the middle (so not at top of page) the page is NOT scrolled downwards to the end.)

After further investigation this seems to depend on the state of the Help cache.
At a certain moment the scrolling to the end did not occur anymore.
But after deleting the Help-cache the behaviour returned again.

This behaviour does not occur with the Assistant of version 5.9.3.

Only tested on Windows.
