Bootstrapping fails due to missing definition of QT_POSIX_IPC

    • QNX

      The boostrap library under `tools/bootstrap` fails to build on QNX. The `qconfig-bootstrapped.h` header is included instead of the generated `qtcore-config.h`, and this header does not include a definition of `QT_POSIX_IPC`. Consequently, `qsystemsemaphore_systemv.cpp` is compiled resulting in a build failure.
