[REG 5.15.2 -> 5.15.3] Falkon doesn't detect webcam anymore

    Description

      Here is a bug I got downstream in Ubuntu: https://launchpad.net/bugs/1923434.

      According to the reporter, their webcam worked fine with 5.15.2 but stopped working in 5.15.3. The camera model is:

      Bus 001 Device 004: ID 046d:0928 Logitech, Inc. QuickCam Express

      Previously it was working only with LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so. Now it does not work no matter if that library is preloaded or not.

      This can be reproduced by opening a random room at meet.jit.si.

      (My own comment: for me the webcam works fine in Falkon, so it's not a packaging issue.)
