      Add WASM packaging configurations

      • Node will be at same level that MSVC2019 under Qt release
      • Component Name in installer UI: WebAssembly (TP)
      • Component description in installer UI: Qt 6.2.0 Prebuilt Components for WebAssembly
      • Installation dependencies( like MSVC2019 host binaries must be installed if wasm binaries are selected etc): N/A
      • Status (TP/Fully Supported/ something else): TP
