qtshadertools and qtdeclarative Quick not built for QNX

    Description

      qtshadertools is not built for QNX due to an explicit condition to skip it https://github.com/qt/qtshadertools/blob/dev/CMakeLists.txt#L26

      This causes QtQuick not to be built in qtdeclarative because it depends on qtshadertools.

      In turn this fails all qtlottie integrations because it expects to find QtQuick.
