QDB tooling is now part of the generic DC tools repository containing random sort of stuff needed by DC. QDB is however also needed by design studio, but the design studio license does not have DC enabled by default.

Move QDB to separate embedded/qdb repository that contains only qdb and that can be accessed also using designstudio license.

The repository build config should use the new .ini format.

New Jenkins job should also be created that is triggered whenever new binary is exported from Coin.
