wasm: keyboard shortcuts do not respect the keyboard layout

    Description

      Hello,

      the bug is very simple:
      my keyboard is in the standard french AZERTY disposition (A and Q, Z and W are inverted when compared to QWERTY).
      Typing text in QLineEdits, etc... works fine in WASM.
      But if I set, e.g. `QKeySequence("A")` as a shortcut on a QAction then I have to press Q to trigger it.
