Use wic for jetson image creation

    Description

      Move to jetson SD card image creation to WIC images. This should simplify the scripts and get us similar images as all the other machines currently have.

      Bonus points for solving if we can get the SD card image extended so that it contains all necessary boot files which are currently still needed in the emmc. This could solve the need to update the emmc to correct version before SD card can be used.
