Text is broken when moved a window from monitor 1 to monitor 2.

      When a window is moved from one monitor to another text looks broken.
      Attached is simple example and screen recording.
      monitor 1: 150%, 3840x2160 (main monitor)
      monitor 2: 150%, 3840x2160

      This is reproduced with the monitors connected with a DVI-> HDMI cable.
