developer-build is broken for modules declarative

      When I build qtbase standalone (not from qt5.git) with developer-build and try to build other modules such as qtdeclarative and others, results in those modules failing to configure with this error:

      CMake Error: Error processing file: /home/lpotter/development/platforms/desktop/qt6/qtbase/bin/../lib/cmake/Qt6/QtProcessConfigureArgs.cmake
      Host Build failed in /home/lpotter/development/platforms/desktop/qt6/qtshadertools

       

      Even after the developer-build fix
