Left mouse button clicks are not delivered to Qt Charts items if QChartView::setRubberBand enabled

If you set QChartView::setRubberBand to a value other than NoRubberBand, all left clicks will be gobbled by the QChartView and not delivered to underlying Qt Chart items, even if they accept clicks.

If a chart item accepts clicks, the left click should be delivered to the chart item, and QChartView should only handle and gobble the left click in areas of the chart that do not accept left clicks.
