Remaining Qt IVI Yocto and Application Manager work for 6.2

For 6.2 and IVI there was some remaining work for Yocto, the receipe need to be renamed and ported to cmake.

Additionally the dependencies here need to be included in the SDK:

The dependencies are already available in B2Qt as they have not changed, they just need to be provided in the SDK again so that cross-compilation works. Additionally there is an extra recipe for QFace dependencies which is currently not in the SDK but should work without major changes, hopefully only by repo renaming.
