Test BTLE connections from all platforms to all platforms

      We have three implementations of BTLE Peripheral and five implementations of BTLE Central. This results in 15 different possible combinations. We should test them all.

      Tests so far:

      7 out of 15 configurations have not been tested so far because Andreas has no Mac.

      Out of the remaining 8 configurations, two work. Six doesn't. See the attached PDF.
