QTimer timeout() behaves differently on windows and mac

If QTimer timout() is being used and machine is put in sleep mode after start of timer, Mac seems to caclulate timeout after it wokeup but windows treats it other way.
It looks like it comes down to OS level timer clock, so it woub nice we can document it.
