tst_QSslSocket::readBufferMaxSize() is flaky

    Description

      The recent change in test logic (test with all possible backends) revealed the test's previously invisible flakiness: before, the only platform it was running on - was macOS with SecureTransport backend. Now, that we removed "if not openssl" condition, this test is failing from time to time on Windows, with OpenSSL.
