BTLE: Android->Linux scan finds other side only sometimes

    Description

      Running https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtconnectivity/+/347091 on Linux and trying to connect using https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtconnectivity/+/347342 from Android, it finds the target device only sometimes. Most of the time, it does not find it.
