With Android Bluetooth, after service discovery, sometimes the MTU negotiation did already happen, sometimes it is still in progress.

There should be one point in the process where we can rely on the mtu negotiation having taken place. As other platforms do this in connection setup, maybe we should move this from service discovery to the constructor.
