[REG 6.0->6.1] config and global sub-directories are missing

    Description

      When using the online installer the Doc/Qt-6.1.0 directory is missing the
      config and global sub-directories. This is also the case for v6.1.1. These
      directories were present in v6.0. They are needed to regenerate the documentation.
