Adjust AUTOMOC to use depfiles when using the Xcode Makefile and MSBuild generators

    Description

      Xcode and MSBuild depfile support for add_custom_command has landed for 3.21.0.
      Makefile depfile support landed in 3.20.0.

      We could now adjust upstream AUTOMOC to use depfiles instead of custom targets for the above mentioned generators when used in conjunction with Qt 5.15+.
