QListWidget Scrollbars don't work well with setSpacing

    Description

      When setSpacing is used on a QListWidget/QListView, the scrollbar doesn't allow you to scroll all the way down. It seems the height of spacing*2 is never shown. If we use setGridSize instead, this works fine, but we don't get spacing at the top.
