Use same stylesheet for both online and offline installers

      Offline installer resources are located in packaging-tools\configurations\config_qt5
      Online installer resources in packaging-tools\configurations\config_qt5_online

      We can unify these resources and use same for both online and offline installers. The differences between those folders are that offline version contains license.qrc with related files, but online installer does not include those in the build.
