Debug output flooded with "detected interleaved frame-sync and actual events"

      Run the quickitems example from Qt Quick 3D. The debug output gets flooded with the following message:

      qt.quick.pointer: detected interleaved frame-sync and actual events

      This has something to do with embedded 2D item trees into the 3D scene, it does not occur in examples that do not use that feature.
