Document that when a window is masked or transparent for mouse events then it is not allowing the event through

When a window is masked or transparent for mouse events then it is not allowing the event through. This only happens on Wayland as it works fine on other platforms. So it would be good to add documentation to make it clear that this is out of our hands inside setMask and the WindowTransparentForMouseEvents flag.
