    Description

      When building qtwebengine with system ICU, make install fails because it tries to install the ICU data files unconditionally

      CMake Error at build/src/core/cmake_install.cmake:223 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/build/qt6-webengine/src/build/src/core/Release/icudtl.dat": No such file
  or directory.
