VKB rotation is different between qt 5.12.3 and 5.15.x

      Tested in Ubuntu 20.04)

      The VKB rotation is different between qt 5.12.3 and 5.15.5. It seems related to this issue. (QTBUG-91922)

      In 5.12.3, the VKB rotates according to the parent Item rotation. But in 5.15.5, it is always horizontal.

      Could you explain what makes the different behavior? I attached the test code. vkbTest.zip

      Left: 5.12.3 / Right: 5.15.5
