Relax requirement of AUTOMOC for qt_add_qml_module

      We should fix the implementation of qt_add_qml_module + qt6_qml_type_registration to allow creation of a QML module attached to a backing target who's AUTOMOC is disabled.

      This means we'd have to read manually moc'ed json files.
