Windows 21H2 changes default font

      With Windows 21H2 (and Windows 11) the default font has been changed from "Segoe UI" to "Segoe UI Variable". The change was actually made a few months ago in a preview insider build.

      There're a few font faces and AFAIU it should switch between them based on size, not sure if we need to do something there or if it's automatic.
      This issue should track any changes needed in Qt to switch default or ensure compatibility with the new font.
