      Change `SKIP_AX_SERVER_REGISTRATION` property to `NO_AX_SERVER_REGISTRATION` in functions.

      Check implementation of qt6_add_axserver_executable, the boolean option passed to qt6_target_idl might not be passed correctly.

      Change name of global variable from `QT_SKIP_AX_SERVER_REGISTRATION` to `QT_NO_AX_SERVER_REGISTRATION`.
