Add a YAML backend for QSettings

A YAML format backend for QSettings would be nice. In my company, we've developed a
QSettings::Format based on yaml-cpp that provides just that.
If likely to be approved, we can probably push this upstream to Qt. What's the stance wrt 3rdparty projects like yaml-cpp? Should it be pulled into qtbase's source tree? Looked for as a system library?
