Windows 11: Textbox focus highlight disappears and reappears

    Description

      Video attached (Qt on the right, MS Paint on the left).
      As is shown in the video the focus highlight on our textbox disappears and reappears depending on the mouse's position. While in native applications the highlight is always there as long as the text box is focused.
