When the D3D11 RHI backend is used then a white line can appear at the border when there is an odd number of pixels in either width or height

      When the D3D11 RHI backend is used then a white line can appear at the border when there is an odd number of pixels in either width or height. This can happen with any of the examples, the clocks demo makes it easier to see. When setting it to use OpenGL then it does not have this problem.
