qtwebengine translations and resources installed to wrong path

      Description

      https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtwebengine.git/tree/src/core/CMakeLists.txt installs the resources and translations dirs directly under CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX. They should be installed under INSTALL_DATADIR instead.
