Provide option to skip installation of convenience scripts when crosscompiling

    Description

      Crosscompiling: From Linux -> Windows I see the following in the install logs:

      -- Installing: /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/vcpkg/packages/qtbase_x64-linux-windows-static/bin/qt-cmake
-- Installing: /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/vcpkg/packages/qtbase_x64-linux-windows-static/bin/qt-cmake-private
-- Installing: /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/vcpkg/packages/qtbase_x64-linux-windows-static/bin/qt-configure-module
-- Installing: /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/vcpkg/packages/qtbase_x64-linux-windows-static/bin/qt-cmake-standalone-test
-- Installing: /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/vcpkg/packages/qtbase_x64-linux-windows-static/bin/qmake

      (all are scripts)

       

      Note: qtbase is finding the correct host tools e.g.:

      Qt6::uic was found at /builds/leander.schulten/Lichtsteuerung/build/vcpkg_installed/x64-linux/tools/Qt6/bin/uic using package Qt6WidgetsTools.
