QLineEdit: reduce the opacity of placeholder text color when using stylesheets

      Currently in 5.15.5 the default placeholder text color seems equal to the text color set in stylesheet.

      => reduce the default placeholder text opacity visibly to make placeholder text distinguishable from regular text.
