Document the "run_pro2cmake.py" utility

      Since a while Qt provides the run_pro2cmake.py utility which converts pro files into CMake project files (CMakeList.txt).

      It is used Qt's own migration purposes, for example for examples. It is mentioned on https://wiki.qt.io/CMake_Port/Porting_Guide .

      Such a tool would be an attractive helper for any Qt project migrating from qmake to CMake, not only for migrating of Qt modules
